I did work with her for about 3 months dealing with the mostly my anxiety around being in a relationship with someone. I struggled to open up my heart since day 1 and I had no idea why. Learning about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Hypnosis and applying it to my life has made a huge change. She then worked with me on Regression and uncovered the deep-seated unconscious fears & beliefs that were subconsciously holding me back from committing. It was amazing what we discovered about my childhood (stuff I was totally unaware that was holding me back). I have worked with a traditional psychologist for years and had made little progress. Working with Toni as a coach as completely changed my outlook on life and relationships. She is kind, caring and supportive. She is easy to get to know and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I felt supported in every step of my journey even outside of the coaching sessions. When I had questions I was able to email Toni and she replies back to you within the day.
