“We went to Phanthong for lunch on Saturday and ordered from the A La Carte menu. The decor is lovely. The food was presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. We had young kids with us and they loved the food too, especially the pad Thai noodles. The service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back again.”

“Friendly receptionist staff once you enter. The food here is halal which is even better. Food is 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a decent buffet. There is a nice variety of food, a lot of seating spaces and good customer service. Roughly £18 per person and drinks are separate”

“Staff are just lovely. Popped in for lunch where I had a very smooth lovely Americano(far less bitter than the chain coffee houses) and a sourdough cheese toastie. Thick cut with plenty of melt in the mouth cheese. Highly recommend this little hidden gem”

“We visit here for the first time yesterday for my friends birthday, a group of 10 people. The staff were very accommodating and polite and quick to serve us. The menu isn't overwhelming, yet with lots of choice and the food, well........ Absolutely gorgeous, fresh, full of flavour, and served beautifully. We will most certainly be back. “Hidden Gem! Can’t express how amazing this place is! Really heart warming and wholesome food. You can definitely tell it’s cooked with tradition and love for their cuisine. Me and my friend ordered the fried chicken nasi lamek, kind prawn sambal, roti and chicken satay (the most tender and juicy chicken satay I’ve ever had in my life! Omfg) everything was unreal, cooked to perfection. We also got to chat with Aunty Lotus herself! Everything in this place really feels like your eating round your Malaysian / Asian aunties house! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.”

“Lived in the area for over a year and finally visited the restaurant on Friday evening. It was fantastic. We got the 3 course deal which I think was around £22 ( £18 for 2 course). Fantastic food and the service was brilliant. Very warm and attentive staff and the atmosphere was lovely. Nice high ceilings. Lobster bisque ravioli was 10/10 and the pavlova for dessert was the best I've ever had. We walked out with high praise and can't wait to return.”
