“I was suffering from a painful previously crowned tooth. My dentist referred me to Mr Leyland's practice. I found the place comfortable with Peter and his friendly team offering a very good service. I was concerned about loosing the tooth by extraction. However, Peter did a root canal treatment and saved my tooth. Peter is proficient, caring and very experienced. He explained the plan clearly and I enjoyed both my visits to the practice. Following the first stage of treatment I felt a lot better after about 10 days once the infection was gone. “Jill has been our family dentist since we moved to the area 6 years ago, and we continue to recommend her to all our friends. Jill has been incredibly patient and caring towards our son who required frequent visits due to an underlying problem with his baby teeth. Jill was entirely happy to give her time helping to calm him in order that she could administer the necessary treatments, when I believe most other dentists would have conceded defeat! He was even seen within the hour after suffering an accident at school, which had loosened his front teeth. Our daughter has been equally well treated and actually looks forward to visiting the dentist. I can't quite say that we parents "look forward" to a visit, but we know we'll get a very professional and relaxed service from Jill, which was never bettered by our previous dentists! “Came to this dentist on thursday after 4 years of not seeing a dentist after a traumatic visit to my own dentist i never went back, then covid came along ! I have a few bad teeth, the dentist i seen was so nice i was so scared i didnt even get his name , in the 15 minutes time slot he had i was numbed and my worst tooth was extracted he didnt judge! he didnt tell me off ! And now im out of pain on that side still more work to be done on my other side but need to be referred again for that im so greatful from the receptionist to leaving the dentist i was fully at ease , thank you to that man i seen EDIT: Had to return again for another extraction a week ago today and seen a lovely lady called catherine this time and she was just as nice a week later im pain free after 4 long years i cant thank mark and catherine enough xx”

“Really good service. Asif is a very patient and talented dentist. I recently had a treatment and he explained everything before it happened and explained what was going on at each step of the way and how it was likely to feel. I felt in control of what was going on which I think usually is the most intimidating part of seeing the dentist- the unknown. He even showed me the xrays he had taken and explained what he could see. Even with all this detail I was in and out very quickly but without feeling rushed at all. The dental assistant and the receptionist were also very nice and welcoming. 100% would reccomend.”
