“A massive THANK YOU! To DAVID at the Ashton Starbucks who made me the best hazelnut latte (let me taste abit first then absolutely converted me!). He was absolutely outstanding! Exceptional customer services, real empathy towards my little boy who has autism, understood where i was coming from, accomodated us with upmost respect very pleasant and cheerful to speak with (service with an absolute SMILE!!) and a real aabsolute Starbucks, just what you need thr right kinda staff for the job! (David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! Couldn'thave done enough for us made us feel really comfortable and at ease....He deserves an absolute payrise and 5 Stars for his Exceptional customer services! Great comms and fab understanding and listening skills, nice and chatty made our new year ! “Nice wetherspoons pub in the middle of Altrincham. We had food and drinks but they messed up the order so only 3 of the 4 meals arrived together. They didn't charge us for the 4th and put it top of the list. It's cheap, simple and tasty fair. It's nicely decorated and was popular when we visited on bank holiday Monday afternoon.”

“Took a visit to this place last night with the girlfriend and 2 kids my kids was slightly noisy but can’t be helped and one left a mess sorry again the food was absolutely incredible and great for the value of money I’d definitely return here as I loved it and the window seat was great for my little lad who’s obsessed with cars and trucks he loved it thankyou”

“We had a very comfortable, well equipped room with ample Tea and coffee and biscuits available. Large TV with an excellent bathroom and walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and very helpful Andrea on reception was welcoming and efficient. The hotel is in a very peaceful, tranquil location it is a very old, listed building with character. Thank you to Scott the General Manager who gave us a tour of the night club which is undergoing a major refurb and uplift. A fantastic, atmospheric, period venue perfect for any occasion. We will definitely be returning when the hotel upgrades are completed in the summer.”

“Visited for the experience and a change of scenery. The energy good in there. Initially we were seated upstairs which was disappointing but before I got the opportunity to ask was given the option by a worker which was great. The dance off really was a sight to see. Highlight - The one white boy that schooled all the brown folk with his moves.”

“Beautiful food, my partner had a stack I went for surf and turf... Very nice.... They was a little under staffed due to ill staff,,, it was a Friday night! The young lady that seated us made us welcome and explained their situation...... We only waited 15 to order food was their in ample time and cooked to perfection...... Worthy of a visit if your in the area.”

“Just had a delicious meal here, we were served by Alison who was lovely! The only complaint would be that a service charge of 12.5% was automatically added to the bill not giving us a chance to leave a her a tip for the great service. Not put us off though and will be returning for further meals.”

“Just tried Starbucks for the first time, ordered 2 lattes and an oat milk with strawberry and vanilla latte. The staff member Sacha was very engaging and helpful and helped me to make my choice. The coffees were being made very quickly and I am pleased with the quality of the coffee, especially the oat milk latte. Only thing they could improve on would be to accept cash but well played Starbucks and team.”
