Walked out 2.5hrs later after ordering three outfits and your service was undoubtedly first class! My appointment was an hour long and when customers started coming in and the shop was busy I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. I ordered outfits for my sils wedding 8 years ago when you were working from home and it's lovely to see your business grow whilst still holding the same values and having customer satisfaction at the forefront. “This place is mindblowing! Beautiful decor, absolutely spotless, coffee and sandwiches to die for. And the prices are very good. Beautiful oat vanilla latte & the most delicious chicken tikka sandwich. Even if I’m not hungry, whenever I happen to be in Manchester, I make sure I get 1 for later Lol. The owner is a very decent, sincere and genuine gentleman. He works with passion and prices, quality of products, cleaniness and his approach to clients reflect that. Always happy and professional. I can’t wait to go & grab my fav sandwich again. Definitely a place to go, not just whilst waiting for your bus!”

Pizza came fast and was delicious, couldn't finish it as it was so big however asked for a takeout box and they were happy to do so, on way out ordered some deserts, if you like pistachio then I highly recommend. “A very nice place to visit for breakfast. I had the ‘full English’ which was excellent - large portions of all the right ingredients. Beans not exactly to my liking, neither the method of serving tea, but for most people they would probably be OK. Excellent service by a happy, cheerful and well organized waitress. Decent value for money.”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“The best Jamaican food I have ever tried. Love the fact there is the option for bone & boneless with the curry's. You wont find anywhere as good as this place. Goat curry, rice & peas & plantain were all perfect. Delivery driver was sound Overall top food and top service Love it!”

“Always a pleasure to dine here, this was a Sunday and not very busy but probably due to the fact that it has been a very hot day with a lovely evening and most people were probably still outdoors. I had the King prawn Shashlik which as ever was cooked to perfection, my wife had Tandoori chicken which was moist, juicy and full of flavour, there were a few of us and we all enjoyed our meals immensely. Ate here again and had the Shashlik again no complaints.”

“We ended up in furniture village by chance one day when we were looking around different shops for furniture for our new home and I’m so, so glad we did. I do have to say that the majority of downstairs items weren’t our style, but upstairs we found so much we absolutely loved - so don’t be put off by what’s visible from the outside, it’s definitely worth going in to have a look around. On our first visit we saw a beautiful ercol sofa on display upstairs and then made our way over to the beds section where Laura came over and introduced herself to us. I’m not even exaggerating when i say, i never knew somebody could know so much about furniture, beds, brands and the business she’s working for. We spent around an hour with Laura looking at frames, material, trying different mattresses and pillows. She was super informative without being pushy and although she knew we weren’t ready to purchase there and then, she still spent just as much time with us as she would have would we have been paying customers, ensuring we had all the information we needed for when we were ready to make a decision. And because of this we knew we wouldn’t go to anybody else when the time came to buy. We left with loads of information, a hot chocolate i believe, and having found the bed, mattress and potentially sofa that we would like. A good few weeks later we saw there was a sale on at Furniture Village so decided to go in, have a look at prices and potentially go ahead with the order. Of course we only wanted to deal with Laura cause of how amazing her customer service was the last time we were in, so we caught her attention and patiently waited for her to finish with her customers. So first we went through the bed frame and mattress we wanted, Laura remembered from the previous appointment the ones we loved and we confirmed that we would like to go ahead with those options. Once the bed options were all confirmed we started to enquire about the sofa we loved, our timing was impeccable as it was only the evening prior to us going in again that they had received an email for the display sofa to go on sale - Laura agreed a price with the other managers which was absolutely amazing for us as buying and furnishing a house isn’t cheap so every little helps. You could tell the staff take great care of the furniture as the sofa looked good as new. We also enquired about the upcoming Black Friday sale and Laura reassured us that the prices are unlikely to go any lower, but should that happen they will price match themselves which was exactly what happened with the Tempur mattress we ordered. Because we chose the finance offer, it was a good few weeks before going in to set up the finance contract as we didn’t want our furniture delivered to a building site… during this time Laura has been so easy to communicate with, there have been multiple times when i have added other items to the order, or enquired about other display items from stores all over which she has organised for me no bother. I’ve honestly never received such good customer service, hence the essay of a review because this amazing lady really needs to be recognised for all her hard work. I went from going into furniture village by chance to furnishing the majority of our home from there, all of which was organised and accommodated by Laura.”
