“We ordered from the Valentine's set menu and it was great. Chipotle chicken to start with, followed by sirloin steak and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food was lovely. Ordered my steak medium well and it came more on the medium side but it was rectified. The strawberry twist drink is a must for the non drinkers! Our waitress was superb. She was attentive, polite, engaged in conversation with us and overall amazing at her job. This is why we return to Wilmslow.”

“Happened to be in Wilmslow for a wedding at the weekend and found this place whilst wandering around for some dinner. Glad I found the place. I'm not a huge sushi fan but the choice for sashimi was quite vast. I chose the vegetarian gyoza. They looked great and tasted good too. They could have maybe been a bit crisper inside but it didn't deflect from the taste. I decided on the only ramen on the menu. It was as good as any I've had at chain ramen restaurants and a bit better. The decor is modern and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and efficient. A nice find.”

“A family-run place where you can expect to find excellent great quality of products, beautiful chef's touches on the plates served and a warm welcome. I went for dinner and had the gyros platter which was incredible! Have not had that quality of meat since I was back in Greece so full stars for this. They also have a quaint but excellently crafted coctail selection. I went for an amaretto sour which was spot on. Definitely check it out when around Handforth or in Wilsmlow as it is quite close. Will try the breakfast next and report back!”

“We went here on the second day. They have a very nice and simple menu of great traditional Mediterranean dishes. We tried a wide selection of starters, mains and desserts and they all deliver very high quality whilst being very well priced. The service is very friendly and it is a welcome and addition to the area, you will not be disappointed.”

“We visited Jafra last week after walking past it several times. Menu is easy with many options. We had the 5-item Mezze which came with warm bread. This was amazing as a starter and we kept this as a side whilst having mains. For main, we had the Mixed Grill- nice and tender meat. We also tried Manakeesh which is a Palestinian bakery item. We haven't tried anything similar before, taste was a bit overpowering but it was a new experience nevertheless. The atmosphere inside was great, expect local Palestinian music. Service was great start to finish. Food didn't take long to arrive. I would highly recommend Jafra, and I'd go back again.”

“This place was recommended to me by my client as I was over from ireland on work. First time ever having Palestinian food. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I was welcomed warmly by the waitresses and the lady took time to explain the dishes to me and recommend one. The food was absolutely heavenly I have never tasted flavours like that which complimented each other so well. The humous was silky smooth with subtle hints of spice and garlic through it. The bread it was served with was warm which was an excellent touch to the dish. I ordered the Chicken dish and it was succulent tender and the meat fell off the bone. I cannot recommend this place highly enough or explain the flavours in a way that will do it justice you have to try it to understand”

“Tasty, appealing food. Good service and yummy mocktails. We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Loved this place. We had an overnight stay in Manchester with a next day flight to USA so we stayed in the area. Found this place and had a beer and food. Staff were amazing looked after us really well and the food was top notch as was the beer. Wish I could go more often.”

“This place is my go-to Indian in Manchester/ Greater Manchester. The quality, portion size and taste of food plus the level of customer service I've had regardless of whether I've gone in a group of two or twenty (I've done both and would do again) is unmatched by any other place I've been to. I recently had their banquet set menu in a group of 20. Not one of us could find fault in any of our dishes, which were very generous and tasted absolutely delicious. Can't wait to come back!”

Always beautifully prepared, stone fire cooked pizzas and they have a twist on the dough balls to what looks like a square pizza and then you take a closer look and its Nutella and biscoff wrapped in dough and cooked throughout. “I’ve recently moved to Cheadle and I’m trying to navigate its many options for a goody night out. Many from the area recommend Yara. Fortunately, it lived up to the hype. The evening was a happy occasion, with visiting family from Yorkshire, and the staff & food made it a wonderful evening. Just enough attention was given to us by the staff, who left us to enjoy our food. Which was all wonderful; the hummus dip starter might have been the best hummus I’ve ever had; creamy and rich and to die for. The option to bring your own booze was also a welcome addition, helping to lead to a very reasonable final bill.”
