“My husband and I were looking for somewhere a little bit special for our last date night before our first baby arrives in the next few weeks, and I found Khau Galli online. We booked a VIP Pod, and had such a wonderful evening! The food was incredible, the staff and service were brilliant, and the whole unique dining experience in the pod was fantastic. There was even an Alexa in each pod so you can have whatever music playing that you like, which was a lovely bonus touch. We’ll definitely be going back again in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone!”

“Absolutely love coming to wing yip, growing up i didnt really go to asian supermarkets and as i've got older i have come to love the trip to our local supermarket. The range and variety are absolutely stunning, there are brilliant little finds here, it sells dishes, pans and crockery that help transform your dining from casual kitchen to oriental fusion. On today's visit i bought some lovely chinese snacks, which i dont believe i could find anywhere other than here at Wing Yip, i got some vermicelli noodles, some fresh vegetables and fish, i also got some fermented black beans which are absolutely stunning, i also when visiting here always grab something random and try it and today was a bottle of Heinz Ox Sauce which i think i'll coat some deep fried chicken wings in. They also have a brilliant and extensive selection of frozen food from sui mai to frozen crabs. I'd say this place would be amazing for all your chinese cuisine needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shop and cook this amazing food.”

“Phone order for a great chinese meal, ready for collection, when you arrive. Over the counter orders are welcome too. Good fish and chip shop and never had a bad meal. Takes CASH only no cards.”

“The chinese takeaway serves 'broiled' chicken with its meals...just like every other takeaway. I personally can't stand the stuff...the taste...the texture. However, where DI Lans excels is with their special chicken curry. You get what seems to be proper pieces of diced roast chicken, then it's topped with an omelette & pineapple slice. Excellent. Then they do roast chicken with beansprouts & barbecue sauce...again not only is the chicken roasted, but you get a full half of breast which is sliced. Personally not too keen on the combination of chicken with bbq sauce but they MAY offer an alternative sauce if requested..they once did afterall fulfill a request of mine to put an omelette on top of my special fried rice! (With extra fee of course). Top marks!”

I had the gammon which was very juicy, very well cooked and was nice and hot and my son had the lasagna with chips, salad and garlic bread which was very well presented and again, nice and hot. The portions were large and top quality food. Highly recommended. We didn't even have to wait too long. We also wanted to thank Georgia and Aneeka for looking after us, they came to our table on more than one occasion to make sure we were happy and if we wanted anything else. Assets to the team!!
