I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. “Big shout out to Karen! My 3 year old boy was really nervous about having his feet measured, and got a bit upset. She was so kind caring and patient, measured his feet without too much fuss, and even managed to get him giggling and skipping with excitement with his new shoes. She had so much time for him, even letting him scan his own shoes on the way out, and checking that his current shoes fit ok. There were people waiting to be served, but Karen took the time with us, we didn’t feel rushed, and we left with a very happy little boy. Thank you so much”
