From walking in the entrance to being discharged same day I have nothing but praise for everyone I came into contact with, from start to end. Their friendliness and professionalism put me at ease, the op was a great success, and I was offered coffee, biscuits, toast and juice on several occasions. “Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .”

“My first experience with Compass Financial was to be assigned a meeting with one of their financial advisers, Mr Damian Cross. Damian, took considerable time to explain the probable best options with my current pension plans. These plans were held by several different pension providers and some of these had differing policy numbers. It was suggested that the total plan sums of these could be rationalised and individually transferred into one fund management company (Quilter), to enable much better online access to 'monitor' the fund performance. These, now, pension funds appear to have increased in value since the transfer(s). Damian appears to be a very knowledgeable financial person, he is very customer focused and is extremely helpful. “I've been going to Asheligh now for almost 1 year, having acrylic and BIAB nails. This salon is THE best, we have a good chat, cups of tea and I leave with the most outstanding designs on my nails. The salon is clean, bright, and friendly. I always book through fresh, who have my card details online - which I have had to manually enter, and understand the late cancellation fees, however I book 2 months in advance and love that I can do this. Ashleigh has worked so hard to get the salon to where it is today, and she has a great tram of girls that I know I could go to if I ever could not get in with her If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!”
