The expertise they gave us through the planning stage was invaluable. The room was completely stripped & replastered within 2 days & all rubbish cleared. The fitters, plasterer & electrician worked tirelessly all day until the bedroom was completed on schedule. Everything was completed to a very high standard & they have not left anything incompleted. I would recommend this company if you reqire a profession high spec kitchen or bedroom.”

He was so helpful, anything he wasn’t sure of he asked a colleague, making sure he gave us the right information. “Excellent ! Cannot fault at all. I searched the net and stumbled upon this gem of a manufacturer. Went to visit the warehouse the sofas are no different to other retailers charging 2k plus for similar furniture. Was greeted by a lady called kate who was very helpful and informative. Picked my sofa and had it delivered 3 hours later in November! Other stores such as dfs quoting 10 week delivery times. Quality is fabulous. Me and my sister also met the gentleman who ran the business he was very polite and helpful. After purchasing i did read some reviews below and honestly i do not see how people had such issues. I paid the balance in full by bank transfer although only a small deposit was required in advance and goods was delivered exactly when they said they would. I checked the goods before i purchased them and seen the other stock they had. Thank you so much for wonderful service and great products. “Extremely happy with my new sofa suites. In store there is a great range The customer service in-store was brilliant. All staff are friendly, approachble and helpful. They were very accomodating when I needed to change the delivery dates. They kept me up to date with everything. The delivery drivers, Neil and James, brought in the suites carefully and ensured there was no damage. They even took my old sofas away for a small price! They were friendly and professional. “Mills Hill kitchens came highly recommended by a friend and after my initial consultation with Jon, he gave me so many ideas and options for my new kitchen, some that I hadn’t even thought of! Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.”
