“My wife had gone in for a big order & got home to realise an item was missing (Christmas madness) , she went back to the store and was helped by a lady who checked cctv to see where the item went. It turns out it was packaged in white tissue paper and had been missed at the bottom of a large bag by my wife who was mortified. The lady went outside to check the car with my wife (wife’s permission & request) where it was found ! , thank you so much for not making her feel like she was out on a Christmas rob - mistakes happen & it was dealt with in a nice friendly way. “We had a kitchen desinged and fitted by Dale Jones and from start to finish they have been nothing short of brilliant. The design and ideas they gave us were brilliant and even as the project developed they came up with more ideas. The installation was painless and Alex and Zack were so helpful. Very polite, and always happy to help. Dale visited a couple of times and even changea few bits to make the kitchen work better for us. Little extras thrown in, with no question. The photos are not our finished product, as decorating and filling all those cupboards need to take place, but you can see what an amaixng looking kitchen this is. Thank you to Dale and all of his team, they really have made our dreams come true with this.”

“I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. Jark has transformed my nails and they are so healthy and long, people often don't believe that they are my real nails! She is extremely talented and her work is brilliant. I am constantly getting complimented on my nails. She is the best and is such a lovely person to be around, always have a laugh. Highly recommend!”
