“Lovely stay at this gorgeous flat Me and my friends stayed there for nearly 3 weeks, the flat is very clean and tidy , with beautiful furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Great views and all the shops were nearby Tesco extra is a 4 min walk from the building . We were delighted to stay there, I would highly recommend this place especially to those attending Samson’s course as its just next to the academy. The host “Abu kar” was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and available to help with anything.”

“I've rented a room in a houseshare from SnugPads over the past two years and have never had cause to complain. The landlords and their team have been excellent, professional, and always promptly dealt with maintenance issues. The house itself is cleaned twice a month; and with all bills and utilities included, renting has been a hassle-free experience. This was the first room I took after moving to Manchester as a medical student and I've stayed here since. Whilst I initially had reservations about entering a houseshare for the first time, these were placed immediately at ease after I met them and viewed the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.”

Everything was clean and organized. Staff very friendly and helpful Location: 5 minutes walking to the Victoria station and a nice shopping center. “Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”

“Booked hotel through Secret Escapes for 2 nights.... more than exceeded our expectations. Friendly reception staff member on arrival together with concierge who took our luggage to our room . Lovely Riverside superior room spacious with all usual amenities. A very nice breakfast widechoice generous portions of food....again friendly service from restaurant staff. Great location short walk into centre of Manchester.. Well recommended.”

“It was a very relaxing and beautiful experience! I took my mum for a birthday breakfast. The food was great, you get a continental breakfast buffet and can order few dishes on the side. The food quality was great and the price was really convenient. The service was amazing the manger that day Magdy, he helped us getting a beautiful dessert as surprise for my mum. It was my first time but definitely not the last!! I would highly recommend it.”

“Been a resident at The Slate Yard for nearly a year and couldn't recommend it more. Gym is brilliant, you feel so safe even in the middle of a busy city. “I placed an order via the website and was contacted by Nicole as the particular item I wanted wasn't available in the quantity I needed. Nicole was great and came back with a few alternatives and I settled on one. However when the arrived I realised I had made a mistake with the sizing and needed to look again. Nicole was fantastic, we looked at options again and she arranged for me to call into the Bradford store and make an exchange. She arranged for the items to be put toone side for me and agreed a time for me to collect with Saeed in store. My husband ended up going to make the exchange and they were all very helpful in store and make the switch, there was a small difference in price (in my favour) which I said I wasn't bothered about as it was my error but I have seen that I have received a refund for the difference. Nicole has also followed up and made sure that all went smoothly in store. The items I have are all as described on the website and all excellent value. Along with that Nicole and the staff in store have provided the best customer service I have had since before Covid which seems to have become the best excuse for poor service. Thank you so much Nicole for your patience and efforts to make sure I went away a happy customer - you definitely achieved that!”
