It turns out it was packaged in white tissue paper and had been missed at the bottom of a large bag by my wife who was mortified. I have to have comfortable fitting shoes and I've found a gem of a shoe shop that supplies such high quality, comfortable fitting shoes. More importantly wider fitting ones too! In the past I've walked long distance and endured the pain but with Allens footwear I'm now able to to walk long distance in amazing pain-free comfort. “Heyyy, I just wanted to say I'm sooo pleased I booked a personal shopper appointment it's the best choice I made. Walked out 2.5hrs later after ordering three outfits and your service was undoubtedly first class! My appointment was an hour long and when customers started coming in and the shop was busy I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. I ordered outfits for my sils wedding 8 years ago when you were working from home and it's lovely to see your business grow whilst still holding the same values and having customer satisfaction at the forefront. The guys running this store are polite and friendly offering a great service and a decent price, the quality of the suits and the fit were spot on.”

“The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience. I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.) Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.”

I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. I will 100% be using these again in the future! Thank you!”
