“Fantastic seller! The quality of the bibs are the best I’ve ever found, and beat any other store or franchise. I just wish I found them sooner. I especially like that there’s two fasteners on the bibs so if you child has a particular large/ small or average neck the bibs will fit! My son is such a heavy drooler and all of the other high street/ designer brand bibs are soaked within two hours and I have to change them. Not with monkey boxes bibs! I use one bib a day!! They also wash beautifully too. The seller is really responsive and super fast postage. Highly recommend”

We had an issue a couple of weeks ago where the driver couldn’t find the address which meant our food arrived a little bit late and cold. However, really blown away with how they dealt with the issue. We reached out to them and they offered to send us free meals at a date and time of our choosing. We definitely put them under a lot of pressure with having just four months to design and fit a brand new kitchen with us still living in the property. They were all fantastic - Diane and Victoria’s attention to detail, the fitters were punctual, polite and tidy, the office staff were always quick to get back to me with my many questions, even the after care has been great. We dealt with Mark who produced the design based on our requirements and explained our options for the different kitchen ranges, appliances and worktops etc. There was no “hard sell” and he was willing to take time to revisit details until we were happy. He kept in touch throughout the installation and made sure we were pleased with the final result, making more than one site visit in the process. The fitter (Mick) did an excellent job, completing the work to a high standard within the original expected timescale. He also made one or two suggested improvements to the detail of the design which added to the overall finish. They arranged for the worktops to be installed by a specialist company with a first-class result. We are very pleased with our kitchen and the service provided by Moorgate from beginning to end.”

“Despite the current situation, the shopping experience was good, with short queues both to enter the building and at the tills while maintaining social distancing. The shelves were full of stock and there were no shortages of any products on sale. In fact there were a number discounted sales on certain products. The store is still taking both cash and card payments at the tills. They are also still operating the free delivery on orders over £25 including same day deliveries. The staff were inviting and friendly as always, making the whole experience pleasant.”

You don’t find this at many salons as most will just apply the colour anyway!
