The meat variety and quality is ridiculously good, the waiters keep coming to offer new cuts of meat with a span of minutes until you stop them, and trust me you will. I was there for 2 and a half hours and ate all I could, nobody rushed me and the service is 10/10. I would highly recommend this place either for a date, going out with friends or family. “I went in yesterday afternoon and asked for a gait analysis as I have lost my orthotics and have been experiencing pain, the gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I needed and chose footwear based on my needs and the analysis, unfortunately they didn't have the correct colour that I could wear for work in stock so he checked stocks across stores for me and let me take a photo of his computer screen so I could source the right pair online which I did actually manage to do last night. I was given several pairs and sizes to try after discussing previous running shoes and what I currently wear. I am disappointed that I didn't get to purchase in store because he was very attentive and knowledgeable , without pushing anything on me or forcing any kind of sale. I will certainly be back!”

“Was staying at a hotel and Ordered some food on just eat. The estimated time for delivery Had passed but the app said the food was delivered. So i phoned the restaurant to find out what happened. I was told that the driver arrived, tried phoning me, but no answer, so they left (I didn't recieve any phonecalls, I was using my phone all the time I was waiting for my delivery) . The guy on the phone apologised, and said he would get fresh food made up for me. After I got off the phone I realised there were missed calls from the driver, even though my phone didn't ring. 15 minutes my replacement order arrived, the driver was apologetic and understanding, and smiling, even though the initial problem was kind of my fault (technology problem I guess),.... Food was lovely, full of flavour, and hot. ..And this was at 3am. That's what you call customer service! Great food, great service, great restaurant. Fully recommend”

I even offerred to pay for the buttons and postage but they refused, truly a company that cares and wants to offer the best quality service! I only wish I could have bought a suit from them but unfortunately they don't offer Long variations for suit sizes. However, if I ever end up in Salford and need a suit for any occasion rest assured I will be visiting because the customer service was exceptional considering I was an online customer also FYI the shirt / tie are fantastic quality.”
