“Came here on a friend's recomendation and was very glad i did after not getting the best of services at a vape shop i had visited earlier. Ali served me today and ended up spending a lot of his time. Ended up spending £135 on a couple of vapes and some juice. He gave me some discount considering i spent quite a bit. The products are great, but the customer service is on another level. Extremely welcoming and very informative from Ali considering i was a vape amateur and have no idea about these devices. Customer service was brilliant, they were able to meet my needs at such short notice, they changed the times to be able to accommodate my needs. Price range was reasonable, all other companies tried to add extra money on as a short notice booking but this company did not. The lads came to set up the bouncy castle, confirmed the night before, on the day and sent a text during the event just making sure everything was okay. She kept my 2 kids entertained and rewarded them at the end of them trying everything on. She deserves alot of praise. Looked at my child and knew what size she needed straight away and was able to offer her advice on skirts and many other expertises of uniforms. The environment was lovely and my 2 kids were very comfortable. Highly recommend!”
