Despite lockdown restrictions in the spring 2021, Karl and the team went out of their way to work safely with us to plan our new kitchen. The design by Karl, Mark and Hannah stood out, showing flair but also addressing our concerns of having enough cupboard space and a layout that really works. Chris did an excellent job fitting the kitchen and utility and the project went very smoothly. Ann did a superb job project managing and getting everything sorted with minimum delays. We are really pleased with the overall result and have a kitchen that truly has the wow factor!”

We were introduced to Joseph who took the time to show us some rings, all exceptional quality, but not what I had in mind, so he suggested he could design and make the ring of my choice. Switching could not have been easier, it took a minute and I was ready to go. “I contacted Chelsea Flowers in Wilmslow for my mother whose brother had passed away and we wanted to order flowers from his family in Australia. We are all Scottish and so mum really wanted authentic Scottish Thistles and a wild countryside look to the Spray. Kat who worked there provided some great options but alas no real thistles were available from the markets...so using her initiative she mentioned that where she went running there maybe some wild thistles and she would check. Indeed she found some when nobody else could and managed to arrange them beautifully with passion and flare, not to mention personally delivering them for us. My mother and family delighted and they did us proud on the day of the service. Huge thank you 'above and beyond' and stunning arrangement at that. Shirley”

“Last minute building materials and plumbing : decorating equipment. More expensive than screw fix. But for me I could be there in 2mins and back with what we needed. Making sure tradespeople didn’t have to leave site for materials.”
