“Gorgeous. Spotted it was now open while walking on the Fallowfield Loop (always thought the Loop could do with a coffeeshop ON the trail) and called it on the way back. A 20 minute way for a table because I was obviously not the only one to decide to visit. Small menu but a very good selection and the huevos rancheros are AMAZING. The strawberry shortcake blondie was excellent as well. Beautifully restored building with views out onto the Loop dependent on where you are seated. Lovely addition to Levenshulme.”

“This place is a hidden gem that we didnt know about until recently. My little girl is train obsessed and we happened to find this lovely little place. The staff were so nice too and we stopped for cake and hot choc. We will definitely be back. :)”

“Great find in central Manchester - good deal in Deansgate. An excellent place in the city centre, with a warm welcome, efficient service, and great atmosphere. And absolutely delicious food to boot. The restaurant has the feel of a city centre pub on entering, but behind and beyond the first room is a series of smaller areas with a distinctly greek taverna feel. Access is all on one level, and whilst the general toilets are down stairs, there is a ground level accessible toilet for those with limited mobility. The staff were delightful and the food came very quickly after ordering. There’s a good range of both meat food and meat free food. And a good range of beers and wines. The price is very reasonable. Certainly a place to go again next time I’m in town.”

“Just returned from one night at this hotel. Me and my boyfriend only had 1 problem which was 1 dirty towel. Other than that you can complain for the price. Comfy bed and room appeared clean. Great location and friendly staff. The room was small but I expected that and the bathroom reminded me of a train toilet but bigger but its budget so again I expected that. Had tea and coffee facilities and a little wardrobe area and desk. We parked in the q Park piazza behind the hotel for £22 for 24 hrs with the 25% discount from hotel. I would stay here again :)”

“My favourite spot for shisha near me. For £20 you can get a shisha pipe and a pot of tea to share with a friend, making for a pretty well priced night to enjoy. Considering how relaxed the atmosphere is and how friendly the owner is every time I come, I much prefer this place to any of the shisha spots on Wilmslow Road.”

“Been 10 times 10/10 10 times. It's rated 3.4 out of 5 because idiots who've never been to KFC decide they don't really like it. If you like KFC well I've probably been to 50 places all over England, shockers like Skem and Chorley and Lostock Hall, a whole bunch of average/decent ones and half a dozen 10/10 places where it doesn't get any better. And this is one of them.”

“I didn’t have high hopes for this place after reading some of the reviews posted here. However, we booked it as part of a ‘Date Night’ package with the Macdonald Hotel and I have to say I was actually very impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the burger. My fish and chips was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant - perfectly cooked fish with the chunkiest chips I’ve ever seen! It came with a generous dollop of tartare sauce which was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger also looked yummy - a proper thick juicy burger, well garnished and with a decent portion of fries. The waiting staff who served us were very polite and efficient too. I don’t think there’s anything I could find fault with. If I had to be picky about anything I’d say the air conditioning was possibly a bit on the chilly side but it didn’t make our evening any less enjoyable.”

“John's Barbers is great - easy to call up and get an appointment, great decor and excellent staff! Alison and Mark are great at what they do, they have both regularly cut my husband and sons' hair and do a great job. They have iPads if needed for the kids to keep them still, and always have a little treat for them at the end as a reward. They take card payment and it's easy to park close by. 100% recommend - 5 stars!”

“Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff a burger joint. We had an issue a couple of weeks ago where the driver couldn’t find the address which meant our food arrived a little bit late and cold. However, really blown away with how they dealt with the issue. We reached out to them and they offered to send us free meals at a date and time of our choosing. As usual when we received the meals after they were delicious, on time and piping hot (as always) Thanks so much!!”

“Ordered tonight. Quite honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever had from a takeaway. Very fresh tasting, proper pizza. Too many takeaways sell pizza on premade bases. This is proper pizza on a proper dough base. Used to work at dominos, this is is miles better and cost effective. New go to pizza place.”
