“An amazing martial arts and fitness centre, run superbly well by the Smith family, really friendly. Teaching kids and adults classes with the focus on self defence, fitness and becoming mentally the best person you can be. Best decision we've made as a family was to bring our son along. He was shy, had emotional issues and lacked any confidence. Two and a half years on he's British and European Kickboxing Champion and Qualified for 3 England teams this year. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“Excellent all round service from this company after a recent accident. Our Toyota Chr car was new in January this year and sadly damaged in March. Our insurance company's recommended body repair shops were unable to effect any repairs until July ! This was unacceptable in our view. Our preferred option was always to have it repaired by the main dealer from whom we had purchased the car and knew they could do the work in a much quicker time frame at their purpose built and well equipped RRG body shop in Bolton. With the help of their engineer, Martin, we eventually got Aviva to agree to the repairs being done there. The work was done whilst we were away on holiday and not only did RRG collect the car, they also delivered it back to us on our return from the holiday. The quality of repair they carried out is absolutely first class. The car is back to its brand new condition and you are unable to tell that any work was done. If we had been forced to await for the insurance companies own recommended repairers to do the work we would still be waiting now and for another month to come !! I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. “Everything was explained fully by vet Laura and I was not rushed in anyway. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Laura helped me a few weeks before when I had to euthanise another dog. I was heart broken but Laura reassured me that I had done the right thing. The whole practice is very efficient and staff show how much they care for our pets.”
