Kismet Takeaway
“Was recommended this place years back when a student living in Manchester and loved their curries. Lived in many other cities due to jobs but relocated to the North West about 15 years ago and was delighted to see my old haunt was still going strong and run by the same family who treated me like a log lost friend when I popped in for a take away. I've now got my OH and the kids to enjoy the delights of this gem of a take away. My personal favourite chicken madras and naan bread but we've not had a poor dish from there. My kids love the korma and tikka masala and we always try another dish as the OH doesn't have a particular favourite, as long as its curry from there he's happy. This place is a real treat for us, living 30 mins away we don't go weekly but it is the best Indian take away we've visited and our food is still piping hot when we get home so its well worth the trek. The owners are a lovely family and always make you feel welcome, their food is amazingly good I cannot rate them highly enough.”
Dosa Kingss
“The Briyani was very good. One of best South Indian food that I had in Manchester. The place is quite full on the weekend and it’s better to make a reservation. Lovely staff great service.”

“Sunday evening, big order, the food was great, the staff were fantastic, we will be ordering from Thai Kitchen again and again. I recommend Thai Kitchen to everyone.”
Siam House Thai Takeaway
“Back from a three week holiday in France and fancied something fragrant and spicy. The food was just that, fresh, fragrant, spice just right and hot too when delivered. Big portions also which means leftovers which I am happy to freeze as I know it was all cooked fresh this evening. Will definitely order again.”
Naan grill
“Lamb was cooked to perfection! We’ve been many times now and it’s consistently gorgeous food! The staff are so friendly, I wish this place all the success, My new favourite restaurant!”
Qurashi Indian Restaurant
“Absolutely top class restaurant. All safety measures in place. Meals were huge, and we were lucky enough to get the government incentive discount so doubly pleased. The staff are hard working and polite, and its so busy its best to book ahead.”

“Best little treasure I've come across, absolutely stunning.”
Tom Yam
“Really, really great. Delicious food - my grilled prawns were gorgeous - butterflied whole prawns with a very tasty chilli sauce. My husband’s spare ribs were declared the best he has ever had!! The main courses - cod with three spice sauce, and their red Thai chicken curry were perfect. All done with excellent hygiene precautions.”
The Poynton Pakora
“Went for the first time last night, 30 min drive away but would definitely go again, quality of the food was spot on, big portions, and good service, 2 adults and 2 kids we had poppadoms mixed starter for two three curries 2 rice 2 chips and one naan plus drinks came to £110 can’t complain, highly recommend :)”
Viet Guy
“I have been looking for a Vietnamese restaurant to fill my palate since I have been in England and Scotland for over 40 days. Nothing was in comparison to what I am used to back in California where I grew up until I ate at Viet Guy. The atmosphere is a classy Vietnamese restaurant like in Little Saigon in Westminster California when it became a haven for Vietnamese Food and businesses in the 80s. Manchester you are very lucky. This review was from dining here for six days while waiting for my departure back to the USA. There will be one more time before we go to make it lucky 7.”
Caribbean Nice & Tasty
“The best curry goat I've ever had, no surprise bones or gristle, I literally dream about it. It would be my last supper if on death row! Leroy is lovely, his homemade jerk sauce is gorgeous & spicy, and my colleagues have never said a bad word about the jerk chicken or stew beef.”
Spicey Chef
“We have been going to the Spicey Chef for years and Everytime we have a party we order a curry from them. On Saturday it was my sons 16th birthday. We ordered Masala sauce for 17, chicken tika tandoori pieces, onions and chillies, and mushrooms. As per usual it was on time and absolutely delicious. The staff are so lovely and friendly . Thankyou for yet another fantastic night. X to much trouble”
Sambal
“Hidden Gem! Can’t express how amazing this place is! Really heart warming and wholesome food. You can definitely tell it’s cooked with tradition and love for their cuisine. Me and my friend ordered the fried chicken nasi lamek, kind prawn sambal, roti and chicken satay (the most tender and juicy chicken satay I’ve ever had in my life! Omfg) everything was unreal, cooked to perfection. We also got to chat with Aunty Lotus herself! Everything in this place really feels like your eating round your Malaysian / Asian aunties house! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.”
