Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.”

“I needed a place to stay for one night, close to the airport, and this Holiday Inn proved to be a great choice. Not only it's close to the airport/train station (so you don't really need a taxi if you are travelling light) but it's also new, beautifully designed, clean and with lots of different tasty choices for breakfast. I've also had dinner at the restaurant and the only thing I would say is that maybe the price was a bit high compared to the portion of the food. Something that I really liked - the eco part - is that the key cards are wooden instead of plastic and the toiletries (shampoo etc.) were in refillable containers.”

The only issue is parking because it is located in a very busy area of the city. I would also prefer more comfortable seats. The high-five drink is super amazing. “Reading the other recent reviews here, I can understand the general comments. We waited about 20 minutes for our drinks, but nothing else went wrong at all. The food we ate was first class, we all finished the lot! We were served by a man with glasses called Will. He literally didn't stop in the 2 hours we were there. He was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He clearly understands his job role. Unfortunately the other staff members didn't seem as switched on. In my opinion of course. So for Will's first class service, as well as the exceptional food, 5 stars. We just hope it isn't Will's day off when we return!”

“We went to the Manchester airport Clayton Hotel to meet international guests who stayed at the hotel overnight before returning home... as a family of 5 we were welcomed and served as equal to all the guests and all our requirements were catered for with politeness and willingness. Salmon Bento Box: Salmon Fillet, rice, chips, salmon sashimi, seaweed salad & baby leaf salad. The box usually comes with chicken too but it's not halal so we were allowed to swap it.
