“Mariyum, thank you sooo much! After a rough few days I decided to treat myself to a bit of pampering and get my eyebrows threaded. I have very sparse eyebrows and have never really found the right person who understands the word “ a tidy up , do not reshape”. However took my chances with Mariyum and I’m so glad I did. One of the best experiences with my eyebrows I’ve ever had ( even at Harrods ). Mariyam listened carefully and then calmly told me to relax and she will work her magic and she did. For some reason I barely felt any pain and after some careful and very patient threaded she left me with the most amazing eyebrows, they’ve never looked this good! Best part was the head massage. Wow, what a talent. I really hope she’s a permanent member of staff, she really was amazing ! It was that good I called my daughter over who doesn’t let anyone touch her eyebrows, Mariyam got her seal of approval! Highly recommend a pamper session with Mariyum, I’m over the moon with the results !!”

“I was a bit nervous going in having never bought anything from this store before but the staff were so friendly and approachable. I advised I had seen a dress online, it was in two colors and they only had one of them in so the manager advised I try that one on and a couple of others for sizing - they gave me a pair of heels to try on with and the female staff were really helpful advising which they preferred. I ended up ordering the dress with them in store and got 10% off with free delivery. Such a good service - thank you!”

“I visited the store today , and even though I could only see two staff on, they were both ever so helpful# especially the lady with the blue dress on with the leg tattoos. Thank you so much for your help and patience, finding me the right shoe size being so pleasant and helpful. Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. Thank you, I finally found the right pair of shoes for my mothers retirement doo.
