“I was extremely excited to receive my shipment today because I did a load of shopping for myself. I love that all the clothes I ordered are true to size and fit perfectly. The quality of the clothing is also great! I was saddened to open one of the bags only to receive the incorrect pants. I opted to live chat with someone in order to fix this issue. Emma was extremely accommodating and helpful. We quickly resolved the issue and not only do I not have to return these pants, they're also shipping me the correct ones.
