“I don’t usually have any problems picking up the items I ordered online at this store and I come here regularly. However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Well done guys you should be proud of your team especially the lad who got it all sorted for me.”

“Staff are just lovely. Popped in for lunch where I had a very smooth lovely Americano(far less bitter than the chain coffee houses) and a sourdough cheese toastie. Thick cut with plenty of melt in the mouth cheese. Highly recommend this little hidden gem”

It takes me 10/15 minutes to walk straight into the city centre which is ideal for me. Juan & Susan have also given me the amazing opportunity to participate in many dance performances of which I am eternally honoured to have done. I also went on one of their Cuba holidays which was one of the best experiences ever! Not many dancers can say that they’ve even danced with their dance teachers beautiful family in their kitchen, in the heart of Havana with a live band.....you’ll never experience that on any other Cuba package holiday! They have just started serving breakfasts and other freshly cooked food. The quality and presentation are perfect. Sarah, the chef, does an excellent job. The prices are also very reasonable. Lily and Shannon also provide friendly and helpful service. Coffee Vibe is a long awaited addition to our locale.”
