“Went for the first time today for just a simple eyebrow wax, but the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I walked in and they were warm and welcoming. Katie was waiting behind the till for me on arrival, even though I was a few minutes early. We went in and she was professional, but super friendly! She told me what needed to be fixed with my brows and confirmed that I was happy with her plan to fix it before going ahead, which was really lovely. We then had a nice chat and I walked out incredibly happy with the results and experience! Will be back again soon and look forward to trying more of their services!!”

“I had a work conference at this place. Beautiful building and very open grounds. Room was nice and modern but I heard they have some older looking ones too. Staff were helpful, friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. A bit pricey but I'd probably go again.”

“First trip to The Woof Bar for my 2 cockapoos. One is very nervous, but Carole was brilliant. She welcomed them and the little walk round the garden to get to know them worked a treat. Carole did a fabulous job with the grooming and her attention to detail fantastic. Two very happy, relaxed doggies when i picked them up, looking lovely and their fur hss never been so soft. “I'd never been to a sauna until today but I definitely picked the right one. Spotlessly clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I was nervous and I was given I guided tour of the facilities by a really helpful, chatty guy that put me at my ease. All the facilities advertised on the website were there and the terrace a perfect little sun-trap. Great music too and at just the right level. I had an amazing time. And I will be going back soon!”

“We had a very comfortable, well equipped room with ample Tea and coffee and biscuits available. Large TV with an excellent bathroom and walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and very helpful Andrea on reception was welcoming and efficient. The hotel is in a very peaceful, tranquil location it is a very old, listed building with character. Thank you to Scott the General Manager who gave us a tour of the night club which is undergoing a major refurb and uplift. A fantastic, atmospheric, period venue perfect for any occasion. We will definitely be returning when the hotel upgrades are completed in the summer.”
