“It was the first time our two dogs had been away from us in kennels so we were very apprehensive as to how they would cope, we were away for nearly 3 weeks. They received the best care and both came back very happy and healthy. We phoned a few times when we were away to get updates, which were always positive and informative. When we collected our dogs the staff expressed how much they loved the dogs and had really enjoyed having them. Would definitely recommend.”

“My dog absolutely loves coming to daycare at Dogs and Divas! She had her first session when she was 16 weeks old and although I was nervous (more than my dog!) she settled in and was absolutely fine. Her confidence has grown week on week and I look forward to receiving regular pupdates and reports about her time in daycare. My dog gets so excited when getting out of the car to go to daycare and (sadly for me) doesn’t miss me at all! I am so happy that I have found this fantastic daycare. “Had an awesome meal with a mate. Between courses they'd come out with little tasters and you can have a choice of breasts both gratis as part of the experience. Cost more than plenty of restaurants, but not ridiculous either considering it was all very nice. A few reviews mention weirdness with the staff (probably gone now), we had nothing like that. My images show the haddock starter with sweet chilli and ginger, and my dessert. Sorry forgot the pic of my main course, the steak and peppercorn Just note that if you are funny about trying new things with this as a French restaurant, the menu descriptions were in English, and while there's plenty of fancy things, you can still have twists on very English choices. Cost £38 for 2 courses on the Xmas menu, then paid more for desert and drinks”

“A really lovely place to eat, fabulous food and exceptional staff, I have mobility issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Apparently they're a venue too! My friends and I went on Friday evening 2nd Dec '22 and saw a wonderful act called 'Ain't Misbehaving', a beautiful and extremely talented singer, an amazing time was had by all. I would highly recommend Florence and Amelia's as a lovely place to meet up and eat and also a fantastic, intimate venue in the evening x”

The owner is so naturally warm, you can clearly see the effect she has on the local community who flock to come for a coffee and chat! “Wonderful place for kids, we went for a birthday party which little one loved. I have been to a few of these over the years and this is probably the cleanest I have seen. There is lots of seating for parents and you can also order food if you wish. There was a separate section upstairs for party groups to eat etc. This has a rather lovely view being in Marple Stockport which is quite leafy. Worth a visit to let the children run amok for a few hours.”

“I took my daughter's to the Bonfire night. What a fantastic evening. The price of entrance only ten pounds for 1 adult and 2 children including a hot dog and drink.. wow !! The fire was well under control and the fireworks was a great display. I was really impressed. Would recommend especially for families with children. Well done to all the helpers.. credit to you”

“I can totally recommend Crowns Bedrooms. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. James liaised with the builders on our behalf and the end result has been much admired by everyone who has seen the two bedrooms we had fitted. The designs were perfect for our needs.”

“They spent the time to immaculately groom almost every hair on my dog's body. He has shaggy fur that grows a bit wild. He's now the neatest, smartest dog that I've seen, but still has his cuteness. The servicewas also done with a friendly, warm smile. Stanley can't wait to return !”
