The team is exceptional, they always go the extra mile to make sure our son starts his day in a positive mind set with amazing greetings, understanding his feelings and providing encouragement to make him have loads of fun every day. “Lisa looked after our beloved 4 year old Golden Retriever Poppy in October. We always worry leaving her with anyone when we are away but Lisa was fantastic. Lisa arrange to meet up a couple of times before hand so Poppy could get accustomed to her and her sweet little dogs. It worked really well for Poppy having 'doggy company' all weekend and we could relax knowing Poppy waa having a good time and in very safe hands. Highly recommend Lisa and Waggy Bums”

They do a lot of creative activities and she often comes home with paintings. I love the photos that they send to keep you updated throughout the day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gem and Jade as they really do care and love all the children they look after.”
