“Factory Coffee is a cozy and simple coffee in Manchester. The location is good and the design of the coffee shop is gorgeous and lovely. You can enjoy a good time there. I’m quiet agree it’s the best coffee in Manchester. The coffee tasted rich, sweet and smooth. If you want to try the cakes there, remember to visit earlier. So sad for me couldn’t try the cake because I visited late. All sold out ;( I will come early next time xoxo”

“Lovely little brunch spot, don’t let the queues and wait time tune you off it’s well worth it. I had steak and eggs with a batch filter and a Bloody Mary. Steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. Coffees were tasty and Bloody Mary hit the spot. Can’t remember what my partner had but it was also delicious. Offers on the cocktails. “Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.”

“I was looking for plasters as my new shoes had caused a big blister on my foot and I was in agony! None were in stock, but a lovely assistant called Sinead took the trouble to get me some plasters from first aid. Kindness is rare and her small act was lovely! Thanks Sinead. You're a star.”

Was a bit useless in the veggie/vegan front prior to Christmas but it's got loads of new items now, so as long as it's a permanent change and not just for January, I'll be going more often from now on. It's always clean and tidy with staff working hard. There's been a few occasions where I've had queries or needed assistance and the staff have been extremely helpful and approachable. I'm still missing my Little Waitrose, but happy to have found somewhere else nice to shop (eventually). It's a pleasant shopping experience; would prefer more manned checkouts though, can't abide self-service tills.”
