The place is always busy (which is a good sign) and is always clean. It has a good seating area with tables outside also. The hot drinks are always amazing. Overall a good place to sit and relax for a while. Customer service is good too.”

Instore pickup is very helpful for M&S loyal customers. Only dislike about this store is the customer service is very very very slow wasting lot of time but the staff are friendly.”

Not switched on to that system but a lovely lady called Carol whisked it through for me, she was great, service with a smile! My wife rates M&S and I can see why. We’ll done Carol!”
