They have supplied me with a number of appliances over the years -a freezer, washing machines, a cooker, including delivery to a top floor flat (something Currys baulked at doing). Their prices are compatible and often better than John Lewis and they go the extra mile to find spare parts for appliances. My old Kenwood mixer has been kept going because they, and only they, found the spares.I would always use them now rather than a large distributor because of their great customer care.”

“Honestly have to say that this is probably the best craft store I’ve ever been to - and it was a random discovery on a day trip to Manchester. I’m used to Hobbycraft and the occasional trip to CassArt (not something we have in Nottingham) but I have to say that I’ve never seen Procion dyes for sale anywhere else. The gift ideas on the first floor were fun, I saw some things I’ve not seen for years, but the treasure trove downstairs was great. Interesting selection of craft books, paracord in nice bright colours, three different types of fabric dyes, quilling paper, spraycans, all the scissors your crafty little heart could desire, a great notice board with workshops etc on it by the stairs etc etc. And that’s really just the tip of the iceberg. Maybe slightly short on the amount of cross stitching threads, but most places are and despite this had a good selection of embroidery hoops.”

“Needed 3 iPads repaired for business use as all had cracked screens. I contacted Adam at Gadget Corner and he has been absolutely brilliant. We are local so he collected them, all have been fixed to a high standard and even gave us a great deal on accessories with a couple of freebies. Kept me updated throughout the repair process and made the invoicing so simple. Will 100% use again and recommended to my head office to use across the area. Thank you Adam!”

“Went in for iPhone 7 battery replacement recently. Service was great all they said was it would take 1 hour. Their prices are exceptional as other shops within the area charge £60 and I only paid £25!! The phone needed resetting afterwards due to not reading fingerprint to sign in but this is a common flaw with iPhones. Reset the phone and runs like new. Battery lasts much longer and is much more convenient not having to charge it every 5 minutes. Very professional and highly recommended for phone repairs. I will return when I need repairs once again for these reasons ;-)”

My hubby was really interested in the IPA on offer, can't beat a craft beer when out. Straight from the keg too. Will certainly be back for more”

However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Well done guys you should be proud of your team especially the lad who got it all sorted for me.”

“Was a bit sceptical reading some reviews after booking first but I must say I was really pleased, I got a text day before the appointment to confirm a morning booking then on the day another text to say the engineer was on his way. On his arrival I found him very pleasant and he replaced my old radio satnav out and replaced it with my new in car entertainment system then went through every app to make sure everything was set up he put all my contacts in via Bluetooth and set up WiFi etc. Really satisfied .”
