“I found the phone manner of the receptionist to be briiant when I first rang up to sign my pet up and to book an appointment. Then the greeting and help when I arrived was great. The vet I saw Jack was absolutely fantastic I felt like he genuinely cared, he was very good at what he does. His knowledge and explanation of the situation with regards to my cat phoebe and her skin issue was very good. The nurse that joined us to help him handle phoebe was also lovely and she chatted to my 2 year old daughter while she helped to handle phoebe. Over all very impressed!”

“It's another groom for my dog Edgar. I am really impressed every time he gets out! He's so handsome! I can't afford 59£ every month but twice a year or 3 times a year he gets pampered at the Groom Room. The attention to the details makes a difference! I tried to go to some other cheaper groomers who asked for a price, then charged some more, the parfume they applied was horrible, fur still wet, tail not done, bum not done, paws not done ...even though I requested. Today Edgar looks neat, wears a subtle fragrance, desheded, spic& span! Will choose the same place in early spring. Thanks”

“I was nervous about taking my pup to the groomers as I didn't want anything too short. Abi listened exactly to what I wanted and it was perfect. It was also my pups first time to the groomers and being alone somewhere he didn't know and she made him feel very welcome. He seemed very happy when I picked him up. Definitely would recommend.”

“Our Doggy has been for the most beautiful pamper this morning. It was his first ever time going to a dog groomers and he was really anxious when we arrived. Eve and her husband where just so gentle and patient with him and he's a big dog too! When we left we could just feel he was in good hands. He has had so much done and Eve sent us pictures and videos too! we loved watching him have such a brilliant time. He looks fabulous! We will be back again for sure next month. He spends his day's either running around chasing or being chased by his dog pals in the park land or chilling on the sofa in the dog room which is equipped with leather sofas and crates, with easy access to the garden. Jackie sends me photo's of Lenny during the day. Her home is clean and she's a wonderful person.”
