“Most recently we went for early (around 9am) breakfast with our 2 year old. It was quiet but still had a pleasant atmosphere. Service was great and very friendly/accommodating. We sat in a booth which was good for toddler control! Food was delicious and even our toddler ate loads (beans on toast).”

“Honestly the best sit down curry I've had in a long time, can't fault it everything was fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a decent selection of drink to choose from. The green chutney that comes with the poppadoms is so good and spicy. Definitely be returning again. Hats of to this restaurant.”

“What an unexpected surprise! Spontaneously went for dinner on Saturday evening. They found us a table in the upstairs area which was lovely. Food was delicious and the service was attentive and helpful. We returned to the downstairs bar for cocktails. All the little details made it a lovely place and we had a wonderful evening. “Absolutely amazing meal tonight. Two T-bones, duck and a mix of starters for four and everything was spot on. After a really disappointing outing at the pretentious Ewe recently we went back to an old haunt for one of the kids birthdays and weren’t disappointed. Great service, great presentation and cooked perfectly. Nothing more to say other than this place and the Cherry tree are leading the way for me for a simple bloke from Howfen.”

“Lovely food - to eat in or take away. Cosy tables so best for smaller groups and got to be quick to get the on street parking but always been able to find a spot. I love the small family feel of it as you can tell everyone cares and is hard working. Very attention staff, (I think it’s the mum) is amazing at shredding the duck, just watch! Would recommend so many things on the menu. Love it here. Busy but not over booked. After moving I still drive over from saddleworth to visit. Thank you for having such a excellent restaurant. Have always recommended you xx”

“This is a lovely, authentic (quirky), little Italian in Delph village. Lorenzo knows how to cook! If you want somewhere more authentic than a modern, standard restaurant with a huge menu, you really should give it a try, and support a small, local business. The pizzas are always great (no stuffed crust nonsense here) and the special, home made burger (2 delicious burgers in fact, in home made sourdough, not some floppy brioche, with skinny fries and slaw), was excellent. There's a review from a while back that refers to frozen food; absolute nonsense. Everything home made and cooked to order. Great food and service!”
