“Lovely staff in the cafe. In fact I wouldn’t call it a a cafe. I would call it a cafe I wold call it an restaurafe. The only down side was our drinks ( mine an extra hot cappuccino) was sat waiting for the waitress to take it to me. Therefore, it was cold when it reached our table. We were very close too where they make the coffee. The food was lovely and I was provided with with a bag for the other half of the wrap I couldn’t eat so I could take home. The Butcher’s had an amazing array of meat. The steak beef burgers that I bought were the best that I have ever tasted. The young lad that served me was very knowledgeable too. The staff in the grocery department were brilliant too especially when I asked the lady for ‘a quarter’ of pear drops ( I’m old school at 53) she didn’t bat an eyelid and gave me my (quarter) of sweets. What can I say? 24ct gold service.”

“Really good but make sure you get there early. We paid online but they couldn't find any confirmation on their side. I was able to show my account with proof of payment and she took some details to investigate with IT their side. All handled very well. Regardless of that, be sure to get there early as there's a bit of a queue and you don't want to be starting late. You get 90 mins which includes se real wave sessions and use of the slides which are really good. Height for the slide is about 120cm minimum. We will definitely go back”

“Battery went completely flat during the cold spell last weekend. Not only did the garage help me out with a battery booster pack, but one of the mechanics drove me to the van and assisted me with doing this. A new battery was ordered immediately by the roadside and they fitted it for me that afternoon. The cost was much lower than I expected as well. Absolutely brilliant service and would highly recommend using this garage.”

“I had a puncture and was on the way to another tyre shop as I past this one. I wasn't happy with the customer service from the other company over the phone. So I changed my mind and decided to try, tyre nation as I was next to it. I'm so glad I did as I was greeted very friendly and the service was great. The man who fixed my puncture did an amazing job and the price was alot better than I was quoted by the other company. Would definitely use them again. 10/10”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”
