Half of the things I needed they had sold out of, people had scattered food all over the shelves so it was all untidy. I went back at 6am. All the shelves beautifully stacked, got everything I needed in 10 minutes. There was even a member of staff hoovering the carpets at the entrances. Your staff are a credit to you and the store looked fabulous this morning.”

I asked the young man if I could take the wheelchair (with friend) into neighbouring M&S for lunch and was told yes, so long as I bring it back. It was such a relief after a stressed morning.
