“Great little local shop that has deals to embarrass even ALDI and Lidl, let alone Morrissons and Asda and Tesco. Great range of groceries with fresh bread and all the milk you could want. Newspapers and the national lottery also available - as well as a good range of alcohol and cigarettes if that’s your thing. Doesn’t open mega late but it’s a great shop if you want to keep it local. Shop local everyone.”

“I was a bit nervous going in having never bought anything from this store before but the staff were so friendly and approachable. I advised I had seen a dress online, it was in two colors and they only had one of them in so the manager advised I try that one on and a couple of others for sizing - they gave me a pair of heels to try on with and the female staff were really helpful advising which they preferred. I ended up ordering the dress with them in store and got 10% off with free delivery. Such a good service - thank you!”

“Lovely store, always well presented. A little on the smaller side for a food hall but given the limited retail space it's understandable. Quality food, nice little bakery section and a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Theres an extensive wine selection, greetings cards and even flowers/bottled plants and exotic teas and coffees. Staff are generally lovely there, I've been going to that foodhall since it opened years back and I've never had any issues. Parking is free and plentiful at the retail park, just watch out for match days as I believe the free parking time is halved from 3hrs to 90mins. But please see the notice boards in the carpark to confirm. Also, just a heads up of youre driving, the retail park itself can get extremely busy, usually late sunday afternoon, and it can be difficult to leave the as there is only 1 entrance/exit.”

“I have been frantically looking for a wedding garter as myself and my future wife are due to fly to Aruba in a few hours time to tie the knot I went into your store and was greeted by Paige who directed me to the very last garter they had I was met at the till area by two more members of staff called Takaiya and Libby who served me with a very polite and professional way offering me accessories and even gift wrapped my purchase. Fantastic customer service with a very personal feel to it great job girls your a credit to your company.”

Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. “Beverley was absolutely wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy at all, lots of knowledge from both Beverley and other staff in the store. Made to feel really welcome and offered drinks whilst trying on watches. Collected the watch from Robert yesterday and he was equally wonderful. Again, offered drinks on arrival, talked through the warranty and other options, he set the watch up for us and made sure we were happy before we left. A nice touch was that they made an effort to interact with me too, rather than just my partner who was the one buying. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.”
