“I'm very pleased we have Redrock on our doorstep. It's a very modern building, not to my taste (I like ancient Victorian architecture) but it offers some good stuff from a gym to restaurants, a cinema, bowling, darts and an arcade. It does Stockport a favour in the otherwise deteriorating centre of the town. Hopefully a sign of things to come. I hope it does well and all the businesses there stay open...”

“I am in awe of the amount of effort Chris put in today for the very reasonable price he charged. He was here nearly all day and has done exactly what he said he was going to do. He cleaned two small roofs which badly needed doing , all the gutters and all the York stone in the back garden. He has done an outstanding job and I would thoroughly recommend him. My only concern is that he will become so popular I might not be able to book him for next year so I am going to do that now! What a worker. Well done Chris and thank you for your efforts. “Had a lovely home made meal at the Royal Oak Hotel. Myself and my mum had the fish and chips and it was lovely. All freshly battered in the kitchen. I'm so happy they serve gluten free battered fish because it's so hard to find some where that does a good tasty range of gluten free food. My little boy also loved the chicken nuggets made with proper chicken pieces. The landlord and landlady are so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a visit to this pub”

“Came today for the first time with my kids and my elderly grandad. Must say i was so impressed, the staff are very lovely and attentive. Really polite and great with the kids. The food was really really nice, kids had chicken nuggets, I have the chicken sandwich and my grandad had scampi and all of us finished our food and throughly enjoyed it. Then desert grandad had crumble and kids had brownies. And it was such a good price what I paid for 5 of us under £50 with food deserts and drinks was definitly value for money. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you for an enjoyable evening. See you all again soon”
