“Our experience of using Paul Birtles to sell our parents house has been excellent !! They communicated frequently to let us know what was happening at all times. Whenever I phoned, I was nearly always able to speak to Dan who was able to explain what they required of us or was expected of us by the solicitor. And if I did speak to someone else they were always very helpful. We had a delay on our probate application; beyond our control, and Birtles showed great patience and understanding despite the inconvenience to everyone. The last couple of weeks before the sale became quite frantic with emails and phone-calls flying back and forth and Dan’s cooperation to do whatever was necessary to complete without further delays was greatly appreciated.
