Sunny Brow Nursery School
“I went here in the early 90s, before starting Parkfield Primary School. I absolutely loved it and have many fond memories. If it's anything like it used to be then I'd give it 5 stars.”
St Ambrose Preparatory School
“My son has finished his first year of reception and it’s been a good experience. Our hope was that he’d find a friendly and diverse environment where any learning needs could be quickly identified and addressed. Although our primary focus was an emphasis good pastoral care and holistic development versus pure academic targets, we’ve been happy to note that he performs well above a broad group of his peers in this aspect. He has been stretched in areas where he was strong and supported in those he currently struggled with. As a consequence, he no longer finds mathematics onerous and takes pleasure in demonstrating his skills. We look forward to his pursuing opportunities in music and on the sports field in the coming years. A welcome bonus has been making new friends with other parents from a wide range of backgrounds. Accepting that we may be biased given the wealth of excellent state primary schools in Trafford, overall our experience with the school has been a good one, supporting our choice for an independent school in general and St Ambrose in particular.”
Green End Primary School
“A fantastic school. Nurturing, fun, supportive environment for children to learn in.”

“My daughter is in reception. We’re delighted that we chose Moor Allerton – she’s thriving with a smaller class size, plus the opportunities she gets and is very happy. The teachers are amazing too!”
Old Crofts Bank Nursery School
“My son has been coming here since he was 1 and is now in his pre-school year at the nursery. Couldn't be happier with our experience, majority of staff are mature and all with significant experience. Extremely caring staff and a lovely large garden all the children go out in twice a day.”
