“I brought my nephews who are both mixed race to have their hair cut at Kehoes. It can be touch and go at most non Afro specialist barbers due to the difference in hair texture etc. However .... The barber Mike did an amazing job and my nephew will only go to him now. He made us all feel welcome and a nice jar of sweets, a coffee machine and it was just generally an amazing atmosphere. “Tasha herself is an amazing hairdresser she has done my hair a couple if times and I have always loved it. Her attitude and personality is amazing. However the nail tech staff are a real let down their attitude particularly to black customers is disgusting and Mario did my nails after Sam started it his attitude was disgusting and he did not do my nails properly my natural nails were not filed down properly and you could visibly see it through the white acrylic I told him and he rudely said he was not going to change it he grabbed my hands and said to the other man in vietnamese something to the effect "am tired of these people always complaining they always do that". I might be black but I can understand vietnamese so before you make such comments to your customers you might want to rethink. I kindly asked him to stop and he charged me £28 for just sticking on the acrylics no colour no nothing I walked out without no fuss and have never and will never return back. It is only because Tashas name is on the shop that am giving it a 5 star because she honestly does an amazing job Everytime with a pleasant attitude.”
