Altrincham Fish Bar
“Fantastic. Not too much fish (I'm easily overfaced), well cooked chips and not at all greasy. Superb.”
Sunny Side Up Sandwich Bar and Cafe
“First time ive ever been here and I can not fault it in the slightest the food is cooked to a good standard :) Defiantly will be coming here more often :)”
Nell's New York Pizza & Bar
“Nell’s is tremendous. The design and fit out are a real step up, and the ethos comes through in spades, plus it’s a fun space to spend time in. All the slices we tried were great, crispy base, plenty of olive oil and top class toppings. Draught beers cover all your modish crafty requirements and the rest of the drinks menu is well put together. Staff were super friendly to us. I hope it settles into Kampus and it deserves to be a popular fixture in the city”
The Cottage Sandwich Bar
“Staff were lovely, welcome and very helpful. Service and food was great.”
Java Bar Espresso
“Lovely independent cafe in Victoria Train Station. Celebrating 22 years in 2018. The coffee is great. And if you want a stiffer drink - beer, wines and cocktails are available too. If you like this, also check out their other cafe at Oxford Road Station. You won't be disappointed.”

Roots
“Was staying at a hotel and Ordered some food on just eat. The estimated time for delivery Had passed but the app said the food was delivered. So i phoned the restaurant to find out what happened. I was told that the driver arrived, tried phoning me, but no answer, so they left (I didn't recieve any phonecalls, I was using my phone all the time I was waiting for my delivery) . The guy on the phone apologised, and said he would get fresh food made up for me. After I got off the phone I realised there were missed calls from the driver, even though my phone didn't ring. 15 minutes my replacement order arrived, the driver was apologetic and understanding, and smiling, even though the initial problem was kind of my fault (technology problem I guess),.... Food was lovely, full of flavour, and hot. ..And this was at 3am. That's what you call customer service! Great food, great service, great restaurant. Fully recommend”
T R O V E
“Called in just for a coffee, had a lovely breakfast. I'm coeliac, and wasn't originally planning on eating, but the waiter was able to suggest doing the vegan breakfast without toast. Delicious. Lovely atmosphere, staff really know their stuff.”

Feel Good Club
“The Fee Good Club came recommended by a friend who lives in Manchester and it lived up to its hype. I immorally felt comfortable when I walked in. The waitress greeted me and told me to sit anywhere. The space is super open with lots of tables. Perfect if you want to spend the day working. There are also window benches that looked super comfortable and cozy. I ordered the Meat Breakfast and a flat white (pictured) and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in the uk. The portion was very generous, and unlike a lot of places they were not afraid of spices and seasoning. As I was leaving I noticed they had a small shop in the corner and couldn’t help but buy a really cool bucket hat (I was also tempted to get one of their Bags). It’s owned by a lesbian couple which made me feel instantly welcomed as an lgbtq person. They also have a large following on social media where they post feel good content! Highly recommend you stop here if you’re visiting Manchester!”
Peggies Kitchen

What really struck me were the staff -every one of them were really pleasant, helpful and attentive. A gem of a place which I would wholeheartedly recommend.”
North Star Delicatessen
“So lucky to have this place on our doorstep. The staff are so friendly. The prices are fair considering the large portion size and fresh quality of ingredients. They definitely don’t skimp on sandwich fillings! Only been twice but will probably be a regular lunch spot.”
Lilys at Eden
“Great place for coeliacs. I really enjoyed my gluten free afternoon tea. Great decor. Nice atmosphere. The gentleman who works here is a real credit to this place and what a lovely person. He really makes the experience a great one! Will always return.”
The Jungle
“Our favourite soft play area children love it! We have the annual pass , great throughout the week! Weekends get crazy and we don’t tend to go during those days but that’s expected due all the kids are off school”
The Crown Inn
“Sorry could not stop laughing at review stating pub was run by a horrible Tory, that could not be further than the truth.”
Go Barista
“The food was brilliant!! Very fresh and tasty the food came fast n piping hot perfect Thankyou!!”
The Roebuck
“Lovely place, much improved on the previous set up. I went there yesterday for a wake and the staff were very friendly and helpful and considerate of why we were there. The place seems more like a pub again than the restaurant it became after it burned down, the food we had was very good and buying drinks didn't break the bank either.”
The Farmers Arms
“I absolutely love coming into the farmers, the atmosphere is always lovely! Tracey and her husband (landlord and lady) are really friendly, they take their time to get to know their customers on a personal level and are always amazing with our 2 year old son. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced. It’s very quickly become one of our favourite local pubs as we just find it a really homely place. I highly recommend people to visit this pub if you haven’t already.”
Super Duper Didsbury
“Best take away pizza I’ve had in a while. Guy was very friendly. Took care in the pizza and the sides, not just your bog standard greasy take away. Much better quality. Highly recommend if you are a local!!”
Starbucks Coffee
“Was a nice visit with my 4 year old daughter for a little coffee date. They made her a lovely little hot chocolate with cream and they made it ready to drink temperature so she didn't burn her mouth. The place was clean and setup covid safe with good social distance measures and sanitiser etc. The only thing is the prices of coffee but that was already known but not bad for a treat.”
