She’s seamlessly moved from one room to the next, receiving the same level of care and attention by each member of staff, who deliver learning and development in a fresh and forward-thinking way - one that engages and stretches the children. St Ambrose Preparatory School
● Closed“My son has finished his first year of reception and it’s been a good experience. Our hope was that he’d find a friendly and diverse environment where any learning needs could be quickly identified and addressed. Although our primary focus was an emphasis good pastoral care and holistic development versus pure academic targets, we’ve been happy to note that he performs well above a broad group of his peers in this aspect. He has been stretched in areas where he was strong and supported in those he currently struggled with. As a consequence, he no longer finds mathematics onerous and takes pleasure in demonstrating his skills. We look forward to his pursuing opportunities in music and on the sports field in the coming years. A welcome bonus has been making new friends with other parents from a wide range of backgrounds. Accepting that we may be biased given the wealth of excellent state primary schools in Trafford, overall our experience with the school has been a good one, supporting our choice for an independent school in general and St Ambrose in particular.”

Lindsay George Therapy
● Closed“Lindsay is a brilliant therapist. Her approach towards your needs is thoughtful and empathetic. Lindsay helped me through a difficult time last year and I have come out stronger than ever. Every session was a pick me up, brush myself down and plan made for me to move forward. If you feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders with no one to talk to Lindsay can help with no judgement and practical REALISTIC advice throughout. She is smart as a whip and learned in all walks of life. I found it easy to talk to her about business, family, friends and my feelings. Overall I cannot thank Lindsay enough for all she has done for me, my family and my friends.”

New Dawn Psychology
● Closed“Dawn is a very easy and animated person to talk to. The sessions were a mix of informal (letting the discussion go deeper where needed) and formal (explaining steps / stages etc). I enjoyed the learning and the conversation. I would highly recommend Dawn.”
