I have just done a survey for them that asked if anyone had exceeded expectations during my visit. The problem is that it is almost impossible for them to do that because of how high they have set the bar for themselves. “I feel 5⭐️ is not enough for the team at Pennyblack/Meridian, all the staff are lovely and helpful. My wife, myself and two sons are all patients here and extremely happy. If you need an emergency appointment they always seem to fit you in often working late with a smile on their face. Dr Khan really helped out with my sons referral to the orthodontist which sped things up for him. I have recently needed treatment myself and have to say the level of service I received has been fantastic, 3 times fitting me in the same day. It is my opinion that the true test of any business is how they deal with their customers when an issue needs to dealt with or concerns rectified. However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. “Superb service, we were delayed due to an emergency with another doggo but despite this and several distractions (that made our eyes roll) Lauren remained so professional throughout, we were almost in tears with the previous owners and their doggo but everyone at White Cross stayed calm, professional and reassuring. Our pup can get very anxious at the vets but he left wagging his tail and saying hi to all the other pups. Definitely highly recommend!!”
