The service I received was excellent - they gave my car a thorough inspection, told me exactly what was wrong and gave me advice on what to do in relation to the garage I'd bought the car from the week previously. They took the time to draw me diagrams and they took pictures of the underneath of the vehicle to help me understand what was going on. I was asking lots of questions and all were answered in loads of detail.
