On arrival John explained exactly what they were to do and carried out the cleaning of my sofa and chair expertly and super professionally. Tip top clean, the original colour restored, looks new. Excellent service, the staff were great and the house looked exceptional… even my teenage step daughter walked in the house and commented on how great it looked (and she never takes notice of anything!) In the end, they'd have been forgiven for pulling out of the purchase as they were about to go into lockdown for a month, and my car was going to sit on the forecourt doing nothing for 4 weeks.
