“Very quick service, fish, chips and peas very tasty. Clean and good atmosphere”

“Me and my son visited this lovely place. We dined in, we came for dinner, it was lovely. They have no tracksuit policy we didn't know of as we had come from Mansfied, Nottinghamshire to Manchester for a show at O2 Victoria Warehouse. My son had come in Moncler X Palm Angels tracksuit and was asked not to go in but luckily we stayed at a hotel nearby, only 5mins walk, so he went back and got changed to something else. The food was decent, it's lovely and cosy inside with great interior!”

“I called in to this cafe as I'd been walking around with my baby. I was really pleased with my bacon roll and tea, it was exactly what I wanted and the service was excellent, will be back again.”

“This is a fantastic Chinese takeaway, I’ve tried near enough all the popular Chinese takeaways in Stockport, but this one is the best by far. Friendly staff, massive portions and authentic flavours. I highly recommend them and I’ll be going there whenever I want my favourite Chinese dishes. Five stars isn’t enough as far as I’m concerned.”

“Usually I have the beef curry but decided to try something different. We’ve been coming here since I was a child. How did I not ever think to try the beef satay & noodles? Absolutely beautiful! If I could give it more stars I would. Proper chips. Gorgeous sauce. Soft lovely noodles. If you keep serving up that you’ll make me fat!”

“Recently moved to the area and been struggling to find a good Chinese takeaway. Noticed that there always seems to be people in here so thought we would give it go and was not left disappointed. The food was delicious, delivered in good time,hot and reasonably priced. Only criticism would be the prawn toast could do with being a bit crisper for my taste”

“Client been wanting to go to this pub for awhile now a ramp has been made for wheel chair access he was able to have a pint, very nice clean pub but it's cash only no cards make sure you have enough money on you.”

“Called in as they had a band on,Blind Tiger. Had some decent bitter on which made my partner very happy and the pub itself was really lively with a good atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and polite and the band were pretty good too.”

“We hosted our best friends baby shower here a few weeks ago and our experience was amazing! The staff here are really friendly and the manager was very helpful. We was able to use two rooms for a small fee which were beautifully decorated! Everyone had a great time. Will definitely book for more events in the future. Thankyou so much!”

“We came based on some Friend’s recommendation and what I great visit it was. The Sunday Roast was simply superb. All three of us went for the beef which was quite literally cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend to anyone, Yvonne and her team were so welcoming x”

“We went to see an AMAZING jazz trio at the Moor Club last night, they were simply on fire. They play every other Wednesday and I would highly recommend you pop along. Even if jazz isn't your thing, the live music and atmosphere is wonderful. The trio is headed up by Maxton Beesley, its brilliant. The room would be great for a party, it has a bar and dance floor and plenty of seating.”

“Chicken tenders were to die for! Went with a group of 4 and tried almost everything on the menu. Much better than Yard and Coop and other fried chicken restaurants in Manchester city centre - definitely a hidden gem in Stockport!”

“We came as a family of five and all left extremely delighted. It was One of the most amazing dine-in experiences We have had from a Lebanese cuisine in a long time. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The portion sizes were just right. The food was well cooked and the service was quick. This restaurant is worth every penny you pay inside. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to any person looking for an authentic Middle Eastern dine-in experience.”

“Ordered and collected from Woondaal for the first time tonight and was not disappointed. Bought a Woondaal Special Kebab Box, Keema on chips and some onion bhajis. Donner meat was cooked in a lovely sweet sauce with stir fried peppers and onions, chicken and lamb tikka was pleasantly moist and flavoured well and naan benefitted from the meat juices. Overall a massive portion but great quality too! Keema mince was very spicy but awesome. Definitely our new go to place! 9/10”

“This isn't a fancy restaurant, don't expect ambience or service. Just quality of food. Freshness and cost effective. Quickness and consistency. Cheap and almost home like. Hot tandoori roti.. P.S. Can be slightly oily sometimes, but still better than many others.”

“I’ve tried many takeaways in Stockport and I think this is genuinely one of the best I have tried. I normally go to places that have a card machine or offer delivery, but I defo don’t mind making the trip and getting cash out of the cash machine next door for this place!”
