“Only called in as a visitor to see friends who were in town. Very pleased with the size of the room, great bathroom, tea making facilities, TV. Plenty of luggage room, hanging space and good sized bed. I'd definitely recommend it to other friends who stay in town.”

“Load of us stayed her for a few nights for a family wedding and we had the best time ever. The staff are amazing, went above and beyond for our help and needs. the rooms are fresh and clean. Vending machine, extra tea and coffee etc, clean bedding and towels all at reception in case you need more. Pity the old rectory didn’t have the same standards.”

“It's been a fantastic journey for the Cibus team, and their Levenshulme restaurant strides out ahead of the pack, offering a sophisticated dining experience. The first notable point is how much this doesn't feel like a Levenshulme location but more aligned with Manchester dining venues. The lighting is low and creates an intimate atmosphere, heightened by the proximity to other diners, which some may feel a bit too close but you've got to pack them in - on the 2 occasions I've visited both have been packed! The food is as perfect as you'd expect. The ingredients are carefully selected to offer a taste that doesn't hit you over the head, instead offering subtle flavours. Pair this with a carefully curated selection of wines and beers and you've got a great night guaranteed. If you have room I'd definitely recommend having the Pistachio ice cream to finish - the best I've tasted this side of the North Sea.”

“Hair cut and coloured by Alan during Covid restrictions,I felt safe as soon as I walked through the door due to high standard of cleanliness on arrival and throughout my appointment ,also my temperature was taken on arrival. My hair I have to say looked fantastic with subtle highlights , very natural. “We've used Heaton Mersey Cattery regularly for nearly 4 years. Lovely secluded location in woodland/farmland by the river, away from noisy cars and busy roads. Friendly, family-run, with sensible opening hours for drop-off and collection. Our cat is always very well looked after!”
