After having problems with the DPF on my Nissan for 2 years on and off I was getting desperate to find a solution. “My car, 2012 Vauxhall Antara, suddenly became a none runner, something blew and engine instantly stopped, white smoke billowing out from exhaust whilst at high speed on motorway. Smiths Service Centre had come recommended by our neighbour's. I contacted this local garage and arrangements were made. Mark and the lads collected my car, fixed it and returned it all in a week. Happy with cost given the problem it posed. Thought car was going to be a R.I.P. job. Brilliant job mark, thank you. Life is now back to normal. I would recommend this garage. “I first met Mr Kim in November 2018 when I started to have extreme pain in my right hip. He discussed all my options with me and carried out a hip replacement in Feb 2019. His care, compassion and professionalism throughout the process and the following 12 months was world class. Mr Kim truly cares about his patients and has a wonderful style of communication that shows he truly understands how you are feeling as his patient. I developed degenerative osteoarthritis in my left hip the following year and he suggested we treat that with steroid injections until such point as surgery was necessary. Mr Kim carried out a hip replacement in February 2022 and this time recommended the robotic option and I am happy to say that as we approach 6 months post-op my new hip is working perfectly. I would highly recommend Mr Kim and cannot end this review without mentioning his amazing secretary, Shabnam, who is friendly, efficient and very caring.”

“I rang after having Mr Noble recommended to me online. He came the next morning and I couldn’t fault him. Such a lovely man, really fair price for his work although so far I’ve not had to have the new part fitted as whatever he did seemed to do the trick! But still, even his call out fee is nothing for his expertise as he then went home and spent hours looking for the specific part I would need if it were to fail again. I also had a follow up call from him a few days later to check how everything was going! He knows all brands. Would not hesitate to use him again and I’ve further recommend him to family and friends.”

“Three of my toilets required extensive repairs and now they are functioning like new. Leaky bathroom and kitchen faucets had to be replaced and new water shutoff valves installed. At my request, the company also supplied the new faucets. A couple of taps with minor problems were fixed free of charge. Based on my experience with work done by different plumbers over the years, I find the company to be truly exceptional in every regard.”

“Martin has done a truly remarkable job of repairing and servicing my 20 year old plus Technics turntable SL-BD22D. The tone arm was stuck in the up position and the cue switch was unresponsive. As part of the repair and service Martin also discovered that there was an issue with the speed that the turntable was revolving and that it couldn't be set exactly. Fortunately, Martin had the part that was needed to fix this (they are now unavailable), he bought ten 20 years ago and now has six remaining. This is a man that is prepared.
