“LLFC really are the bees knees. I have not even been asked to do this review or bought a product recently but we have referred a lot of our Landlords to Dale and Lisa and I feel compelled to rave about their service. I used them many years ago as a Landlord to furnish an 8 bedroom HMO, a big task you may think..... Not for Dale and his lads. I cannot emphasise enough to other Landlords how valuable it is to have a company place furniture in all of the bedrooms, pre made and exactly where you want it. I'd say with the amount of time it saves and the extra quality the products should warrant an additional premium of 30-40% compared to IKEA flat pack? But that's not even the case, I've not done like for like quotes but it wouldn't surprise me if a bedroom set in IKEA costs the same amount, it would be highly inferior in quality AND you'll spend hours and hours cursing whilst assembling it. Their new website, product packages and inspiration pages are also very helpful and help us, an estate agent sell their products to our landlords and create a win-win-win for all involved. “Went though Ur-Place.com to get into the flat I'm currently in; I have a private landlord who advertised through ur-place. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop throughout the process, even when there were hiccups with the wrong reference form being sent to my previous landlord (human error, everybody makes mistakes!). The issue was identified and rectified same day, with Ur-Place contacting me to tell me what had happened and show the steps they had taken to rectify it. Come to the day to get the keys, they managed to open a slot for me which was not ideal due to working commitments on my side, however they made efforts to fit me in, whilst also making sure I understood the meters, boiler, had the correct information etc. All in all it was a very smooth process and I would recommend them!”
