Being able to use the Virtual Reality headset to see our kitchen design in 3D & virtually move around it was extremely beneficial to perfecting our design together. The details clearly matter to Kemp Kitchen Design Studio, from the best storage solutions to the choice of handles, & this shows in the high quality finished product. The fitters, Richard for the kitchen & Harry for the utility room, were very professional & ensured that we were consulted & satisfied with their work at each stage of the process. She went to lengths to be helpful, has a lovely manner and even followed up with some after care advice specifically for me and the problems I was having. Two of the the team came to assess what would need doing and they were very professional and explained procedures really well. Finally two team members came to do the clean and they were lovely, put me at ease and were very efficient. When my son came home he said the bathroom looked like when it was first done. I have an anxiety disorder and one of my triggers is having people coming to my home. I can recommend this company and will use them in the future should the need arise.”

“Mills Hill kitchens came highly recommended by a friend and after my initial consultation with Jon, he gave me so many ideas and options for my new kitchen, some that I hadn’t even thought of! Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.”

The design and ideas they gave us were brilliant and even as the project developed they came up with more ideas. The installation was painless and Alex and Zack were so helpful.
