“First went to this pub in 2021, I’m from Shaw but live in the US, stayed at a local Airbnb thought we’d give it a go, simply the best Cheese & onion pie you’ll ever have, was back in the UK in February, went twice in 8 days Great pub all round!!”

“Lovely little pub in the Northern Quarter but for its size you wouldnt expect it to also have a stage for gigs, if you like smaller bands and indie music this is the place for it. Even though it is on the smaller side it just makes the events feel that bit more intimate.”

“I have been with the my dentist group for several years now, and have been seen by a few different dental practitioners. I always dreaded going until now. Dr Misagh and nurse Sarah make each visit a joy. I am put at ease as soon as I enter the room with their friendly, jolly attitude and attentivness. I am made aware of each procedure step by step and they never let me leave unhappy. Not to mention their exceptional professional attitude at all times. Keep up the good work ladies, it's very much appreciated.”

“You won't find a warmer welcome than at The Diggle Hotel. Wonderful friendly team and the food was the best 'pub grub' I've ever had. Beautifully home cooked and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this wonderful place whether you need a friendly pint, delicious food or a charming hotel.”

“My husband and I were looking for somewhere a little bit special for our last date night before our first baby arrives in the next few weeks, and I found Khau Galli online. We booked a VIP Pod, and had such a wonderful evening! The food was incredible, the staff and service were brilliant, and the whole unique dining experience in the pod was fantastic. There was even an Alexa in each pod so you can have whatever music playing that you like, which was a lovely bonus touch. We’ll definitely be going back again in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone!”

“The owner/Liverpool fan reminds me a lot of my uncle who is also in the takeaway business who is also a Liverpool fan. Always a laugh & a joke about the football. Goes above & beyond for his customers, he has brilliant staff & chefs who were working very fast as they were pretty busy at the time & were 2 staff down. Me & my two work colleagues visited from Rochdale. Brilliant food & free bottles of pop from the owner as we had to wait due to them being short on staff. Nice gestures go a long way in the food business.. keep up the good work lads!”

“There are 3 Costa Coffee stores in Oldham and this one is clearly the best. It is clean, modern and well looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that as it is run by Odeon, it does not offer any promotions or deals on food as well as charging 10p extra on drinks. Not a big deal and I expect to see some franchises putting prices up.”

“A brilliant proper pub not a pretentious cocktail bar. Good selection of wines, spirits, beers and lagers. Landlord and landlady really nice people and very welcoming. Live music Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Live Sky Football. A good tap room as well. These proper type of pubs are dying out fast so we need to support them.”

“My daughters wedding was fantastic, right from A.J. picking us up in the white Rolls from the local village. The venue is fabulous the food was excellent, A.J. & family & all their staff went out off their way to make the day perfect. To round the day off we stayed in one of their beautiful rooms overnight followed by a fantastic breakfast. Not one guest had anything bad to say about the day, i would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Great size screens for sport, proper working men's club but modern feel with the screens. Large snooker table. Visitors allowed but will need to join to be allowed service after first visit. Annual fee is reasonable.”

“Now open now under new ownership. Pizzas are brilliant. Cheesy chips are the best if you think that "too much cheese" is something that actually exists then do not order them.”

“First time coming on Saturday. Lovely decor, great atmosphere, lovely server's. Food, waited short of 40 minutes. Why? This is where others would moan, ( because it is all homecooked food. ) and it certainly is worth the wait. Tieing in with the Kings arms on grains Road for food standard and presentation. I now have a new favourite. Also as a family I dread going for food with my youngest as he can have meltdowns, not one eyelid batted, or a word said so thank you.we managed to stay the full meal! Great work! And hats off to the chef.”
